Can't Stop - Red Hot Chili Peppers  

After seeing Joy's post about The Gaslight Anthem, kinda made me want to make a post of my favourite band too. Well, I am addicted to the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Their music is something that I have been searching for in many bands but could not quite get it. I never stayed with one band for a longer time than RHCP. They have music from funk, to rock, to really slow songs.

Ok, I admit it. I am poor in my languages. Its obvious by reading the posts done by me. I have been looked down by many people cause of my poor skill in language including an ex-close friend of mine whom we never met for a long time since recently. I feel sad for myself. But as I grew older, I realise that there is never a wrong way to appreciate music. Some appreciate by the lyrics. While others because of the music.

I don't understand the lyrics from most of RHCP music. But the emotions and the atmosphere of the song just pours out from their music. Even for Gaslight Anthem. I'm not a huge fan but they have been running in my head for a very long time too.

Another reason why I love this band so much is, they know each other for a long time. They don't see each other as a band. They are friends too. The kind of friends who you hang out with everyday and never get tired of hanging out. Flea and Anthony have been friends at first. And look at them now. Its a very strong feeling. They are not just friends or band-mates but something more than the two of them put together. Being in a band like them,  you are always comfortable and you continue to enjoy what you and your friends/band-mates love to do the most. Making music and goofing around.
To me, there is nothing higher than that in the lines of friendship/brotherhood or whatever names they call it now days.

In short, I love this band for their performance, music and the bond between each other. Its just overflowing and I can feel it. I may not understand the lyrics, but hey, words can tell you so much. But music, it never stops.
