Keep your heart muscle pumpin'

Taken from the song "Get up and Jump" by the only hottest peppers in the world, Red Hot Chili Peppers. Now, this post isn't about the song nor its about them, but song does want to make me get up and jump. (pun intended).

Now, we have time. Time to be together and live our lives together, next to each other. Living together. That would be around 2020. So, ya. A long way to go. So, I suggested a good idea. That we both start training now. Train to be fit. Train to be a better BJJ fighter/wrestler or a rugger or train to be Batman or Wonderwoman. Whichever. And also because we want to be a fit and adventurous couple. We want to move to Canada and why waste all the time doing mundane stuff? We can learn about each other while hiking and enjoying the beautiful nature of Canada.

So, yeah, less than 4 years to train and I want to implement this routine/habit/behavior in my life. So, I have decided to use this blog to keep track of my progress.

So, the first set, the one with 3 lines and a strike, means a week and the number of lines, including the strike, is the number of days I worked out. For example, the first set is the week 1 and I worked out 4 days. My workout, for now, consists of jog of at least 2.4km and some weight training(body/free). I just started my 2nd week, thats one line. I will keep updating weekly.

So far, my first week was average. I still have a lot to improve my stamina. Then, I shall train my speed for interval. I want to lose my fat first. I will update any videos/articles I read and my ideas. No unique routine. Still finding a suitable one for me and my school schedule. This is for me. It's up to Joy if she wants to update but I will be pushing her to workout.

Cheers.
